You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard—no contracts, no sales calls.
Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you always get the full period you already paid for.
Your quizzes, responses, and subscriber history are kept for 90 days after a downgrade or cancellation, so you can reactivate without losing anything.
If a feature isn't included on your new plan, it's simply paused, not deleted—reactivating it is instant if you upgrade again.
It's free for as long as you want it. There's no credit card required to start and no expiration date.

Yes—annual billing saves two months compared to paying monthly, shown as the discount on each plan card.

A session is counted each time a shopper completes a quiz and reaches a result—partial or abandoned quizzes don't count against your limit.
If you're close to your plan's limit, the dashboard flags it in advance so you can upgrade before anything is interrupted.
